Recipes
You will need - 150g Epic bakin' marshmallows - 180g Soft butter - 450g Choc broken into pieces (milk and dark) - 4 Tablespoons of maple syrup - 300g Peanut cookies - 200g Chopped glacé cherries - Clean sandwich bag - Greaseproof-lined bakin' tray (approx. 30x20cm, 5cm deep) - Some icing sugar - A fridge! Method - Gently melt together the butter, choc and maple syrup in a saucepan until you've got a smooth, sticky pool of choccy mixture. - Place cookies into the sandwich bag, seal and bash 'em up with a rolling pin (not too much as you still want some good-sized chunks in there!) - Tip your bashed cookies, chopped glace cherries and bakin' marshmallows into the pan of melted choc and fold into the mixture with a spoon. - Pour your chunky mixture into the lined tray, using a spatula to spread evenly and gently flatten. Make room in the fridge for your tray of rocky road creation and chill for about 2 hours. - When ready, remove from the fridge, sprinkle with icing sugar, slice into portion sizes as you choose, and serve. Epic!!
