Preparation and Usage

Serves 4 1 sachet Spaghetti Bolognese Mix 1 tbsp (15ml) vegetable oil 450g lean minced beef 1 large onion, diced 115g mushrooms, sliced 400g can tomatoes 2 tbsp tomato purée How to Cook Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the mince and onions. Add the mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Add the contents of sachet to the mince, stir in the tomatoes and the tomato purée. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan.
