Serves 4 1 sachet Chicken Casserole Sauce Mix 4 skinless chicken portions 2 medium onions - sliced 2-3 carrots - sliced 300ml cold water How to Cook All cooking appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C / 350°F / Mark 4. Place the chicken, onions and carrots in an ovenproof casserole dish. Mix the contents of the sachet with cold water and add to the casserole. Cove and cook in the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Ensure casserole is piping hot throughout and chicken fully cooked through before serving. Serving Suggestion Why not try adding chorizo to your casserole for added flavour. The ingredients in this product are suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans so it could be used to make a vegetable casserole.
