Bacon & mushroom fusilli Serves 4 Ingredients 400g Fusilli pasta 250g Button mushrooms, wiped clean 8 Rashers streaky bacon 4 Tbsp pesto 200ml Carton crème fraîche Handful basil leaves Method 1. Cook the pasta following pack instructions and drain. 2. Slice the mushrooms and cut the bacon into bite-size pieces. 3. Fry the bacon and mushrooms in a little oil in the same pan until golden, about 5 mins. 4. Tip the pasta back into the pan and stir over the heat for 1 min. Take the pan off the heat, stir in the pesto and crème fraîche and most of the basil. 5. Sprinkle with the remaining basil to serve.
