Preparation and Usage

Guideline for Use Baking powder gives an even rise to all baking. To 227g of plain flour add 1 x 5ml (tsp) for biscuits and batters, 4 x 5ml (tsp) for sponge cakes and 1 x 5ml (tsp) for rich fruit cakes.
