Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines Remove any coarse outer leaves. Separate and wash the remaining leaves under cold running water. Cut out the stalk from each leaf, retain the leaves whole or finely shred. Advice Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Wash fruit and vegetables before use. Top Tip Cabbage is versatile and it can be cooked in countless ways. Why not try it sliced and sautéed or stir fried, cut into wedges and roasted, braised, blanched and used as a wrap for minced meat and rice dishes or wrapped around fish before steaming.

Storage

At home best kept in the fridge 2-5°C Store in the fridge at 2-5°C to keep fresh for many days longer. If it still looks good enough to eat, it is!
