Preparation and Usage

Top Tip If your peaches have gone soft, chop them up and stew with a little sugar or honey to sweeten. Serve with cream, ice cream or yogurt or serve with porridge for breakfast. Preparation Guidelines Wash the skins thoroughly under running water and dry be fore use, particularly if consuming the skin as well as the flesh. If cooking, cut into two lengthwise, remove the stone and gently cook the fruit in a little water until tender. Ripen at room temperature.

Storage

At home best kept in the fridge 2 - 5°C Keeps for longer when stored in the fridge at 2-5°C and then best stored at room temperature to ripen. Best eaten at room temperature. If I still look good enough to eat - I am!
