Our rapeseed oil is made from a blend of British seed varieties to ensure consistency of colour, flavour and scent. Only the best seeds are used, which are simply pressed at low temperatures, a gentle process which brings out the best taste in the oil. An aroma of fresh herbs and vegetables is evident which comes through on the palate when tasting. The bright golden yellow colour is achieved through a triple filtration process.
The oil is very versatile and is subtle enough to have as a salad dressing but also suitable for roasting or frying.
