Preparation and Usage

Perfect for colouring: - Sponge cakes and other bakes - All icings including sugarpaste Get Baking! - Snip end of the tube with scissors. - Squeeze small amount of gel onto a plate to expel any air bubbles. - Replace cap and then knead the tube before using. - Add small amounts of Food Colour Gel to your icing or cake batter until the desired colour is achieved. Mix well between each addition. Usage guide (recipes may vary) 1 tube makes approx. Sharing cake: 7" Sponge - Bright: 3, Pastel: 12+ Buttercream (top & centre fill) - Bright: 3, Pastel: 12+
