Ground Rice Pudding Servings: 4 Ingredients: 100g Whitworths Ground Rice 900ml Semi-skimmed milk 50g Caster sugar Method Hob: 1. Stir 100g of Ground rice and 900ml semi skimmed milk together in a medium sized saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. 2. Reduce the heat to low and gently simmer for 10 minutes until thickened, stirring frequently. 3. Remove from the heat and add the sugar. Mix and serve immediately.
