A convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag. Inspired by the traditional Portugese African sauce we've blended plenty of chilli with lemon juice and zest along with tasty roasted garlic.
This marinade is traditionally used for chicken, barbecued and served with rice, beans and an ice cold beer but is also perfect for pork or fish shredded and wrapped with a crisp salad in a seeded flat bread.

Preparation and Usage
Add up to 600g meat or fish Shake & refrigerate for 30 mins Remove from bag & cook Cooking Instructions Serves 4, Contains enough marinade for approximately 600g of meat, seafood or vegetables. Typically 4 chicken breasts, 4 steaks, 4 fish fillets or similar! Open bag at tear notches and add meat, seafood or vegetables, reseal with zip. Marinate for at least 30 minutes but ideally overnight in the refrigerator. Barbecue, grill, roast or even fry meat to taste.
