Preparation and Usage

You're only 15 mins from the ultimate fajita! You'll need: 300g Chicken breast (sliced), 1 Onion (sliced), 1 Red pepper (sliced), 2 Tomatoes (diced). 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sliced chicken for 5 minutes. Add the onions and peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. 2. Stir in the sizzle paste and heat for a further 2 minutes. 3. Combine the salsa mix with the diced tomatoes and set aside. 4. Warm the tortillas: microwave for 20-30 seconds or dry fry for a few seconds on each side. 5. Load up your tortillas, top with salsa, and enjoy! Make it extra special with coriander cheese, lettuce, or guacamole! Add some extra Latin flavour with guacamole, all you'll need is 1 avocado and Capsicana Guacamole Mix
