Moroccan style harissa tagine 1 Fry the diced chicken or cauliflower and pepper in 1 tbsp oil until sealed, 5 mins. 2 Add the harissa tagine sauce to the pan. Simmer for 10 mins, with lid on, until the chicken or cauliflower and pepper are cooked through. 3 Serve with Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
