Preparation and Usage

Veggie Tinga Tacos - Slice 4 portobello mushrooms, 1 red pepper and 1 onion into strips, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour over Tinga Taco Simmer Sauce and coat well. Place on a large baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C. Serve with Gran Luchito Refried Beans and Soft Taco Wraps.

Tinga Tacos Recipe Serves 2-3 400g Chicken Breast 2 Onions 300g Tinga Taco Simmer Sauce 1 Pack of Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps 1. Slice onions thinly & fry in a large frying pan until soft. 2. At the same time, cut chicken into medium-sized chunks, add to saucepan, cover with salted water & bring to boil. 3. Simmer for 15 mins, then drain water from pan. 4. With two forks shred the cooked chicken into small pieces. 5. Add the chicken to the onions & pour over the Tinga Taco Simmer Sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 4 mins. 6. Spoon mixture onto warm Soft Taco Wraps. 7. Serve with a dollop of Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa, guacamole & a squeeze of fresh lime.
