Preparation and Usage

Red Enchilada Recipe Serves 2-3 400g Chicken Breast 1 Pouch Chipotle Enchilada Sauce 100ml Sour Cream 150g Grated Cheese 6 Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps 1. Cut chicken into medium-sized chunks, add to a saucepan, cover with salted water & bring to a boil. 2. Simmer for 15 mins then drain water from pan. 3. With two forks shred the cooked chicken into small pieces. 4. Mix 1/2 pouch of Chipotle Enchilada Sauce with sour cream and chicken. 5. Add a dollop of chicken mixture onto each tortilla roll and place in an ovenproof dish. Repeat with remaining wraps. 6. Pour remaining sauce over rolled tortillas and top with grated cheese. 7. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 20 mins until golden brown.
