Preparation and Usage
Recommended Use: Use 1 or 2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat. Soy sauce may be added to create a marinade for extra flavour and colour. Rub seasoning into meat and let stand for 1 hour or more prior to cooking. Grill slowly turning often or bake in oven at 300°F
