Preparation and Usage

Plant Power Protein Chocolate Cookie Mix 5 mins prep 13-15 mins bake Just add: For 12 cookies - 50g softened unsalted butter - 35g water Make It Vegan: For 12 cookies: - 50g vegetable spread or vegetable oil - 35g water Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease with some vegetable oil. 2. Empty the cookie mix into a large bowl and add the softened butter and water. Vegan : add vegetable spread/oil and water. 3. Mix well until combined into a smooth and firm dough. 4. Divide the dough into 12 balls, flatten the balls into discs and place them on the baking tray, about 5cm apart. 5. Place the tray into the centre of the oven and bake for 13-15 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before eating. Enjoy! Try topping your cookies with a dollop of peanut butter for extra protein power!

Storage

Store the mix in a cool, dry place. Once made, store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
