Preparation and Usage

Our Free and Easy Outstanding Yorkshire Pudding Mix is easy to prepare and utterly delicious. Simply mix the ingredients, pour into a hot bun tray and bake and enjoy a wonderful 'free from treat'! Created with love and 'free from' ingredients by the team at Free and Easy What You'll Need: 250ml Milk or Plant Based Milk (we would recommend Oat Milk or Rice Milk) Oil for greasing the tins 75ml Warm Water 1 x 12 hole Baking tray Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 250°c | 240°c (fan) | Gas Mark 9 2. Empty the contents of your Free and Easy Yorkshire Mix into a bowl 3. Add the milk or plant based milk slowly a bit at a time to create and smooth paste then add the warm water. Allow to stand for 30 mins 4. Into each hole in the tin pour in 1/2 teaspoon of oil place in the oven and heat for 5 minutes 5. Give the Yorkshire Mix a quick stir. Pour into the hot tin and place in the oven 6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden, (for cook times see side of pack, cooking times vary a little depending on your oven) 7. Turn out and eat while still hot!
