Choc Chip and Pine Nut Cookies Oven 200°C, Fan 180°C, 400°F, Gas 6 1 FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix 4 tbsp water 2 tbsp oil 25g pine nuts Oil, for trays 1. Pre-heat the oven. 2. Rub some oil around the inside of two baking trays or insert a baking liner. 3. Empty the choc chip cookie mix into a large mixing bowl. 4. Add the water and stir to combine. 5. Stir in the oil. 6. Divide the mixture into 15 piles of dough and roll each into a ball. 7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking trays. 8. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the cookies and gently press them into the top of each cookie gently with the palm of your hand. 9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
