Preparation and Usage
For traditional hand baking Makes up to 8 loaves 1. Dissolve 1tsp of sugar in 150ml of warm water 2. Sprinkle with 15g of yeast and whisk 3. Leave in a warm place until the surface is covered with froth 4. Whisk again and use immediately Use 150ml less liquid than required in recipe. It is only suitable for hand baking, so if you're using a bread maker, try our easy bake yeast instead.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Store in the fridge after opening with the plastic cap secured tightly. Use within 4 months once opened. Best before end: See base of tin.
