Our beautiful blend of organic coffees grown by smallholder farmers from Balcones Chirinos Co-operative Peru, Cocasmil Beneficio Santa Rosa Honduras and Konga Co-operative Yirgacheffe are expertly blended to produced the vibrant and zesty taste.
Notes of toffee fudge and sugared lemon.
We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma for each individual coffee.

Preparation and Usage
The Perfect Cafetière One heaped dessert spoon (~15g) per 250ml cup. Water just off the boil (92°). Stir, brew for 4 minutes, then plunge and enjoy.
