We use only the finest ingredients in our desserts. We say 'no' to artificial preservatives, 'no' to average quality and definitely 'no' to bland. This allows us to say 'yes' to creating a flavour masterclass with each and every dessert.
So we only use fresh lemon & lime juice, because pasteurised just doesn't deliver the same flavour; and our vanilla beans are always Madagascan, considered the best of all vanilla beans. Our discovery for the finest ingredients also brings us closer to home - our milk and cream is always British and we use the finest Cornish sea salt from our Atlantic shores.
All of which allows us to say 'yes' to creating desserts your taste buds deserve.
