Preparation and Usage

Before use, rinse frozen fruits under water. Thawing guidelines For best results defrost in a refrigerator. Remove from packaging, thaw for 9 hours in a refrigerator. Alternatively thaw for 2 1/2 hours in a cool room. Use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Preparation guidelines Rinse fruit before use. Eat as a snack, add to desserts such as fruit salads, sorbets, pancakes, or use in recipes such as muffins, jams and pies.
