Tuna & Broccoli Pasta Bake Preparation 15 mins Cooks in 40 mins Serves 4 You Will Need - 150g broccoli, broken into small florets - 225g pasta - 1 red pepper, roughly chopped - 1 tbsp oil - 295g can Batchelors Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup 100ml milk - 2 x 200g cans tuna, drained - 2 tbsp breadcrumbs - 50g cheese, grated Instructions - Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6. - Plunge the broccoli into a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes, cool under cold running water & drain. - Cook the pasta as directed on back of pack. - Stir-fry the red pepper in the oil until just soft, stir in the soup & milk, mix well & heat through. Remove from heat stir in tuna, broccoli & pasta. - Place in 1 1/2litre ovenproof dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese, cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown. - Delicious served with a green salad.
