Recipes

Recipe Pea, smoked salmon & watercress spaghetti. Serves 2 Ingredients 150g Wholewheat spaghetti 150g Frozen peas 75g Half fat crème fraîche 4 Tbsp chives 135g Smoked salmon 100g Watercress Method 1. Cook the pasta as per the pack instructions. 2. Add the peas 3 mins before the end of the cooking time. 3. Drain well and return to the pan. Add the crème fraîche and chives and mix well. 4. Fold through the salmon and watercress, season to taste and serve immediately.
