Preparation and Usage

Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Bring a pan of water to the boil. Step 2: Add noodles to the pan (1 nest per person). Step 3: Simmer for 3 minutes (or 2 minutes if used in a stir fry). Step 4: Drain and serve (or add as a last minute element in a stir fry). Try using fine egg noodles in a soup, like deliciously creamy and fragrant Thai coconut soup. Recipe suggestion: Sweet Chilli Beef Serves 2 1. Cook 2 Blue Dragon Fine Egg Noodle Nests according to instructions, drain and drizzle with a little sesame oil (optional). 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok, add 250g beef frying steak, thinly sliced, and fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add 150g broccoli, cut into small florets, and 1 large red pepper, sliced. Fry for another minute. 4. Pour over 1 Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry sachet and stir the noodles through until all ingredients are combined. 5. Serve immediately.

Storage

Once opened, re-seal with adhesive tab, store in a cool dry place and consume within 28 days.
