Shake before use. Serving Suggestion Adds a delicious, creamy coconut flavour to many sweet & savoury recipes. Product may solidify if stored at low temperatures. Stirring or gentle warming of the product should return it to its liquid state and not affect its performance.

Storage

For best before end date: See can end. Store in a cool, dry place. The unused contents of all canned food should be removed from the can, placed in an alternative covered container, kept in a refrigerator, and consumed within 2 days.

Recipes

Thai style Green Curry Serves 2 Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok or frying pan. Add 70g Co-op Thai Green Curry Paste and fry for 2 minutes or until the aromas are released. Add 250g diced chicken, and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add 1 can of Co-op Coconut Milk and simmer over a moderate heat until the chicken has cooked through and the sauce has thickened. Add 100g baby corn and 100g sugar snap peas and cook for a further 3 minutes. Serve with Co-op Jasmine Rice. Also great with prawns, beef or mixed vegetables. Garnish with chopped coriander and sliced fresh chillies.
