Preparation and Usage

Instructions for Use Soak 100g of soup mix in 500ml cold water for 8-12 hrs. Drain, rinse and place in a large saucepan with 500ml of water. Boil for 10 minutes, then simmer for approx 40 minutes, until the soup mix has softened but is slightly firm to the bite. Drain, rinse and use as per favourite soup recipe.

Storage

Once opened, please store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
