Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce is a Chinese-style stir fry sauce made with soy sauce, onion, garlic, ginger and chilli, delivering the savoury, authentic flavour of a classic Chow Mein.
Chow Mein Stir Fry Recipe
Serves 2
You'll Need:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 2-3 spring onions, sliced
- A handful of mushrooms
- A handful of beansprouts
- 1 pouch Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce
- Blue Dragon Noodles or steamed rice
Method:
1. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable oil.
2. Stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes until sizzling and lightly browned.
3. Add the spring onions, mushrooms and beansprouts and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in the Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce and heat through for a further minute.
5. Toss through cooked Blue Dragon Noodles or serve with steamed rice.
Vegetarian Recipe
For a vegetarian or vegan meal, replace the chicken with tofu, tempeh, plant-based pieces or extra vegetables such as pak choi, peppers, mushrooms and mangetout.
