Preparation and Usage

Great Ideas! For a quick cake topping, scatter Mini Marshmallows over a hot baked cake as soon as it comes out of the oven - the Mini Marshmallows will melt to make a fun topping. Try This Recipe: Rocky Road Bites 125g butter, 150g chopped milk or dark chocolate, 75g golden syrup, 225g broken rich tea or digestive biscuits, 100g sultanas, 100g Cake Angels Mini Marshmallows. Melt the butter, golden syrup and chocolate together. Remove from the heat and add the biscuits and sultanas and mix well. Add the marshmallows and mix together until everything is coated in the chocolate mixture. Transfer into a tin and spread evenly. Place in the fridge to set for 2 hours, then cut into pieces and serve. Makes 12 squares.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
