Preparation and Usage

For best results, remove from fridge 20 minutes before serving. Serving Suggestion Serve as a starter with rocket salad, toasted ciabatta bread and a dollop of soured cream.

Storage

Home freezing For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Keep in fridge 2 to 5°C and eat within 2 days of opening. Don't exceed the use by date.
