Preparation and Usage

Defrosting: Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. The sauce will have a slightly split appearance when you defrost it. This is normal, once reheated it will look and taste as good as it did before freezing.

Storage

Use by: See front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0-4°C. Once opened use within 24 hours. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 30 days. Once thawed do not refreeze.
