We've taken only the finest hand-picked Irish sugar beet with it's distinctive sweetness and cut it with pure local spring water. Creating a vodka that is clean and smooth, with a crisp brightness. We left it unfiltered to let it's raw character shine through.

Try it neat, in a cocktail or with your favourite mixer. Like the locals, it gets on well with everything. A measure of the city.

Nose: Bright, fresh and delicate, combined with a pronounced zesty citrus peel tang.

Palate: Clean, smooth and creamy; with a vanilla sweetness unique to our sugar beet, followed by an unexpected peppercorn spice.

Finish: The sweet vanilla and cracked peppercorn spice notes taper gently, leaving a crisp brightness on the tongue.
