Preparation and Usage

Some separation is natural. Shake well before use. Dip, Drizzle, Marinade or Stir Fry? Marinade Cut your choice of meat & veg into cubes Load them onto skewers Drizzle generously with sauce Leave to marinade for at least 10 minutes Bake or grill until the meat is cooked Drizzle Drizzle over your favourite salad Or add a saucy flourish to jacket potatoes, burgers, kebabs and nachos Stir fry Slice your choice of meat & veg into thin strips Heat a splash of oil in a wok or frying pan Add ingredients like onions first to soften Then add any meat, fish, tofu or other veg with a generous pour of sauce Stir fry until all the ingredients are hot and any meat is cooked through Dip Delicious as a dip for vegetable sticks Great for dunking samosas & bhajis Daring with bread sticks or chips Add the delicious flavours of sweet and spice mango to any meal, BBQ or snack for a little of the real flavour of India.
