Pour Like a Local 1. Chill your Mahou like we do in Madrid. The perfect temperature is 3-6 °C. 2. Tilt your glass to a 45° angle slowly pouring the beer down the walls of the glass. 3. Every Mahou needs a velvety finish. When your glass is nearly full, hold it straight and pour directly into the centre. Now enjoy your perfect caña!
