Preparation and Usage

Directions for use See enclosed leaflet. - Regardless of when you use them, you should change your tampon every 4-8 hours or more often if needed (please read and retain the leaflet inside) - Always use the lowest absorbency tampon size to meet your needs. - Always remember to remove your last tampon. - Always check to ensure the withdrawal cord is intact before insertion. These tampons are made from either cotton, rayon or a mixture of cotton/rayon absorbent fibres.
