Add extra flavour with very little effort to your beef, lamb or veal by adding the zest of herbs, garlic or even a complexity of spices to your roast. The meat absorbs the essential oils from the spices and herbs giving it a subtle flavour. Get ahead and prepare dishes early. Cover with Bacofoil until you're ready to cook, serve straight from the oven to the table

Safety Warning
