Preparation and Usage

Defrosting Instructions Defrost your turkey thoroughly on a tray in a fridge (no more than 4°C) allowing 10 to 12 hours per kg. Once defrosted remove the packaging (retain the label on the front of the bag), giblets and neck. Check that there are no ice crystals in the body cavity and that the legs are flexible before cooking. Once thawed do not refreeze. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within two days.

Storage

Home freeze Keep frozen at-18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed. For best before end date see front of pack.
