Recipe Suggestion Vegetable Soup Ingredients 1 x 500g soup vegetables 100g(3.5oz) mix of lentils, peas and barley or dried soup mix 2.5 litres (4.5pints) veg or chicken stock Method Pour stock into saucepan with lentils, peas and barley, bring to boil and simmer for 45 mins. Carefully add vegetables and simmer further until vegetables are tender. Season to taste.
