Preparation and Usage

Please examine thoroughly before use. Instructions for use Rinse peas under cold water thoroughly before cooking. Allow approx 100g of peas to 500ml of water for four servings and add to a saucepan. Bring to the boil for approx 10 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer for around 35 minutes, until the peas have softened but are slightly firm to the bite. Drain, rinse, season to taste and use as required.

Storage

Once opened, please store in a airtight container, in a cool dry place.
