Dinner for Two The food bit (15-20 mins) What you'll need: What's inside this sachet 2 large chicken breasts (chopped into chunks) 1 tablespoon of cooking oil An onion and a red pepper (diced) 30g of peas 30ml of low-fat natural yoghurt Rice and chips Now. As your curry sauce is cooking, heat the oil in a pan, fry the chicken 'til it's cooked, then throw in the onions, peppers and peas. Give it a couple of minutes then pour in the sauce and simmer for another couple of minutes, with the odd stir. Ok, now stir in the yoghurt and let those flavours mingle for yet another couple of minutes. Serve it up with rice and chips. OOOOOOOH! Please ensure the food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
