We're Ireland's favourite Curry Sauce and we've been making food taste great since the 80s. Yes the 1980s. Although we make our sauce right here in dear old Ireland, we use a rake of exotic spices from far-off places known as "abroad".

Recipes

First read below, then do all the things. The sauce bit Low Tech: Put 7 tablespoons (half of this tub) in a saucepan. Pour in 590ml of warm water and whisk 'till it's smooth. Stick it on the hob, and stir 'til it's boiling. Then simmer for 5 minutes and give it the odd stir. That's it, now get it on your chips, chicken, wedges or whatever you're having yourself. High Tech: Take the same 7 tablespoons as above, except this time out them in a microwaveable bowl. Pour in 590ml of warm water and whisk 'til it's smooooth. Chuck it in the microwave on full power (900watt) for 2 minutes. Give it another whisk and throw it back in for another 4 minutes. Get it out and on your grub. Dinner for Four The food bit (15-20mins) What you'll need - 4 chicken breasts (chopped into chunks) - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil - 1 pak choi (sliced) - 4 baby corn (sliced) - Egg fried rice / chips Now. As your curry sauce is cooking, heat the oil in a pan, fry the chicken 'til it's cooked, then throw in the pak choi and baby corn. Give it a couple of minutes then pour in the sauce and simmer for another couple of minutes, with the odd stir. Let it all mingle for another couple of minutes. Serve it up with fried rice and chips. Oooooooh! Please ensure the food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
