Preparation and Usage

Broccoli florets Garlic Pancetta To make fusilli with broccoli and pancetta Recipe Suggestion Chicken and Bacon Pasta with Red Wine Serves 2 150g Roma Fusilli 1 tbsp Roma Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 small onion, roughly chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 175g chicken breast fillet, diced 50g lean back bacon, diced 50g mushrooms, sliced 290g Roma Passata with Herbs 2 tbsp red wine (optional) 20g parsley, chopped Roma Formaggio Da Pasta Method 1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. 2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add the chicken and bacon and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until sealed. 3. Add the mushrooms and stir in the Passata with Herbs and wine. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Drain the pasta and divide between 2 warmed serving dishes. Top with the chicken, sprinkle with parsley and serve with Formaggio Da Pasta.
