Where your masterpiece begins Your chosen toppings 2 Napolina pizza bases 250g Napolina passata Salt & pepper 1 Tsp dried basil 2 x 125g Balls of Italian buffalo mozzarella, sliced Napolina extra virgin olive oil Preheat the oven to 220°c/200°c Fan/Gas mark 7. 1 Evenly spread the Napolina Passata across the two bases and season with salt, pepper and dried basil. Finish with sliced mozzarella and your chosen toppings. 2 Put the pizzas on a baking tray and place in the oven. Cook for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden. 3 Remove from the oven and enjoy*. *For a true Italian finish, drizzle with Napolina Extra Virgin Olive Oil before serving.
