Preparation and Usage

Sushi rice 1,5 cup Rice vinegar 15 ml Water 3 cups 1. Combine all ingredients in a pan. 2. Boil for 15 minutes untill all water been absorbed in rice. 3. Rest the rice for further 10 minutes covered. 4. Cool down the rice for sushi.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened re-seal or store in an airtight container. Best before end: See side of pack.
