Preparation and Usage
Spaghetti Cooking Instructions: 1. Allow 75g of pasta per person. 2. Add the pasta to a large saucepan of boiling, salted water. Stir and return to the boil. 3. For al dente, reduce the heat and simmer for 7 minutes and up to 8 minutes for more tender pasta. 4. Drain well and serve immediately.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, store in an airtight container.

Roma Spaghetti Carbonara Serves 4 Ingredients: - 300g Roma Spaghetti - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 clove garlic, crushed - 250g bacon, chopped - 2 medium sized eggs - 3 tbsp Roma Formaggio Da Pasta - 3 tbsp double cream - Salt and freshly ground black pepper Method: 1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil, add the garlic and bacon and sauté for 8-10 minutes, until brown. 3. In a bowl combine the eggs, Formaggio Da Pasta, cream, seasoning and mix well. 4. Drain the pasta, add the cooked bacon and garlic. Heat for 1 minute. 5. Remove from the heat, add the egg mixture and stir thoroughly. Serve immediately.
