White Soda Bread You Will Need: 450g Odlums Gluten Free Self Raising Flour 1.5g Salt 40g Sugar 25g Butter, Softened 385ml Whole Milk Method: 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C fan. 2. Line a bread tin with parchment paper. 3. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat together using an electric mixer until fully blended. The mixture should be a pouring consistency, not a dough. 4. Pour the batter into the pre-prepared bread tin and place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 40-45 mins. 5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Note: As baking characteristics of ovens vary, always check your manufacturer's guidelines.
