Shortbread Style Biscuits You Will Need: 100g Butter, Softened 200g Odlums Gluten Free Plain Flour 1 Egg 100g Caster sugar Method: 1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. 2. Preheat oven to 180°C fan oven. 3. Place soft butter into a bowl with the sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon. 4. Add the egg and mix together. 5. Sieve the flour into the mixture and knead with your hands into a smooth dough. 6. Put the dough into the fridge for 15 mins. 7. Flour a surface and place the dough onto it. 8. Flour the rolling pin and roll out the dough. 9. Cut the biscuit shapes out and place them on the baking tray. 10. Cook in the oven for 10 mins until golden. 11. Place on a wire tray to cool. Note: As baking characteristics of ovens vary, always check your manufacturer's guidelines.
