Preparation and Usage

Just Add: - 675g potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks - 3 tbs olive oil Easy as 1,2,3... 1 Pre-heat oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7. Par-boil the potatoes for 5 mins, drain and return to the pan, shaking gently until fluffy. 2 Drizzle 2 tbs oil onto a roasting tray and heat in the oven for a few mins. Drizzle the remaining oil over the potatoes and sprinkle in the seasoning, tossing gently to coat evenly. 3 Spread the potatoes onto the pre-heated roasting tray and cook for 30 mins, until the potatoes are golden brown, crispy and tender. Try Something Different: Great with sweet potato chunks, no need to par boil, simply drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the seasoning before roasting in the oven. Delicious with your favourite chicken, beef or lamb recipes.
