That's how the McCormack family likes them too. So, for nearly 40 years now, we've planted, tended and harvested them here on our farm in the heart of County Meath. My father started small, with just half an acre. Today, we're proud to be Ireland's biggest baby leaf grower, but it's still the same little things that set us apart. When it's too cold to grow here in Ireland, we go a bit further afield. Selecting the very best leaves from our extended family of growers in warmer countries.
